Accurate measurement of complex components is achieved using the high contrast, high resolution optical image, enabling enhanced surface definition for fast and simple measurement. Hawk 200 utilises Vision Engineering's patented Dynascope technology to provide enhanced surface definition for fast and simple measurement. The superb optical clarity also allows detailed visual inspection to be performed simultaneously.
Unlike video systems which digitise the optical information, Hawk 200 employs a pure optical image meaning that there is no image processing before the measurement. Component parts can thus be measured with confidence..

High performance measuring stage options, provide a measuring rangeS FROM 150mm up to 400mm x 300mm (16"" x 12""). Every measuring stage has factory-completed non-linear error correction (NLEC) calibration to ensure optimum accuracy, which is traceable to NPL/UKAS/NIST standards for the purposes of ISO9000. Combined with 0.5mm resolution measuring encoders, this provides a system repeatability of up to 2mm for complete confidence in your results. Data processing is performed by the QC-200 multi-function microprocessor. QC-200 is ideal for measuring common component features, such as circles, angles, lines, arcs and distances and has been designed with ease of operation in mind, featuring an intuitive interface with meaningful visual displays. X, Y and Z measurements are represented in both numeric and in graphical form. Connectivity includes USB, parallel and serial ports.
