This bench magnifier, really stood out as being great value. By not exceeding 3 diopters, the lens gives excellent performance, with little image distortion. Most of its counterparts, tend to use a larger diopter value, to try and overcome poor optical performance. Once mounted onto your bench, via either the standard G Clamp or optional wall mount, or floor stand, The large lens provide a clear stable image of your sample.
A robust twin cantilever primary stand supports the lens and illumination.
The shadowless pool, of cool white illumination, is provided by an integrated 360' 22w Fluorescent tube.
