The EVO Cam AURA is a configurable digital microscope built around the inspection task, letting you choose the model, control interface, lighting and set-up to suit the environment. Three models are available: the 4K Touch, with touchscreen control for detailed inspection; the 4K Button, with a front button keypad for physical control; and the HD Button, offering 1080p imaging for responsive live inspection, assembly and rework. Secure variants of all three are available for restricted environments where wireless connectivity, Bluetooth or internal storage isn’t permitted.

Focus stacking, image comparison, customisable presets, annotation and measurement tools are all built into the system’s own software, keeping inspection, capture and reporting on one workstation with no separate PC required. Intelligent auto-recognition updates magnification and measurement settings automatically, while Supervisor Mode locks down critical parameters to keep results consistent across operators, shifts and sites.
