Starrett Test Grips
Full range of materials testing fixtures and fittings
Test grips are an essential part of the materials testing and force analysis process. They securely hold components in place during tensile, compression, flexural or peel tests and are commonly used in conjunction with Starrett’s single-column and dual-column test stands.
They’re suitable for holding metals, plastics, composites and rubber as well as textiles and films if needed. Specialised test grips are also available for performing 180° and 90° peel tests.
Starrett has engineered a series of high-quality test grips to work with all of their materials testing and force analysis equipment. At Optimax, we can also engineer and supply custom test grips to meet your exact requirements if the universal solutions are not suitable.
