Optivu Optiform Blue Replication Fluid
Two-part silicone replication fluid for metrology applications
Optiform Blue is highly suited to both metrology and inspection applications, including thread forms, undercuts, surface characterisation, surface finish, surface fracture, cracks, defects and metallography. The silicone fluid is used to create highly accurate replicas of specific surfaces to allow for closer measurement and inspection of difficult surfaces.
Invaluable where conventional NDT methods are impractical, Optiform Blue allows cured replicas to be easily sectioned for profile metrology applications. Replicated surfaces can be inspected by shadowgraphs and profile projectors, video measuring systems, optical measuring instruments and microscopes.
Optiform products are available separately or as a starter pack which includes a convenient and specially designed carry case for added ease of use.
