The Starrett HS750 is a high capacity horizontal floor-standing side-bed with an very large field of view and capacity for inspection of larger components. It is fitted with a three-lens turret and the side bed design allows an operator close comfortable and unrestricted access to the viewing and control area. The three lens turret allows instant switching between different lens magnifications or inserting the optional OV2 or TOV2 Video Camera.
It has a fully usable 750 mm diameter screen with precision cross lines and overlay clips; fitted canopy and curtains protect the workspace and optimise viewing. The 300mm X-Y axis motorised travel combined with the 635mm x 230mm work stage with a 150Kg capacity. LED profile and surface illumination provides exceptional bright and clear illumination.
The HS750 profile projector utilises 2D measurement software for geometries like diameters, radius, angles, lines, points, and for skew correction. Advanced software can also provide many tools such as CAD file import, CAD data export for reverse engineering, standard and custom reports, and Ethernet networking

Optimax engineers install and UKAS-calibrate all our measurement systems. These can also be upgraded to run with Optivu Synergy PC-based software.
