The KMR-200-M3 video-based inspection and measurement system incorporates a precision 200mm x 100mm XY stage with Metlogix M3 software and digital comparator with LED backlight and ringlight. This high-performance measurement system is designed to deliver precise, efficient and repeatable results across most precision applications. 

This system is ideally suited for a variety of environments and user cases, including incoming inspection, quality assurance, operator training, manufacturing assembly, research, and documentation. Its user-friendly interface and intuitive operation make it especially valuable in settings where ease of setup and reliability of stage travel are crucial.

The M3 software suite enhances the system’s capabilities with Field-Of-View (FOV) measurement, powerful image processing tools, and the ability to import DXF files. This allows users to overlay digital designs directly onto live images of the workpiece for precise and immediate comparison, ensuring highly accurate, repeatable measurements and reducing the potential for error.
