The KMR-FOV video inspection system provides a user-friendly interface for easy and quick inspection and dimensional measurement within precision manufacturing environments.

The design meets the needs of many common applications including inspection, quality assurance, operator training, manufacturing assembly, R&D, and documentation. The system excels in any environment where quick setup, intuitive operation and reliable performance are essential.

The KMR-FOV features a bayonet-style mount, allowing users to quickly interchange lenses to suit different measurement requirements. Systems are available with a selection of telecentric lenses, including 0.3x, 0.5x, and 1.0x magnifications ensuring minimal distortion across varying fields of view and allowing the accurate inspection and measurement of parts of various sizes. We also supply a 0.14x telecentric lens model for an even larger FOV. 

Advanced models, such as the M3 series, further enhance functionality with integrated field-of-view (FOV) measurement tools. The KMR FOV M3 model is equipped with Video Edge Detection powerful image processing capabilities and support for DXF file imports, enabling direct overlay and comparison of CAD data to live or captured images of the workpiece. 

Whether used on the production floor or in the lab, KMR-FOV systems deliver high-performance video measurement capabilities in a compact, adaptable package.
