Horizontal floor-standing side-bed optical comparator

The HS600 profile projector combines all the advantages of the HF600, including a heavy duty design and build, with the versatility of a repositioned screen to allow close, comfortable and unrestricted access to the view and control area. The four lens turret allows instant switching between different lens magnifications or inserting the optional OV2 or TOV2 Video Camera converting the comparator into a video metrology system.

It has a fully usable 600mm diameter screen with precision cross lines and overlay clips,  a canopy and curtains are fitted to protect the workspace and optimise viewing. There is a large motorised, with joystick control, measuring stage with 0.5μm resolution linear glass scale encoders on both X and Y axes. The travel range is  300mm X-axis x 200mm Y-axis and the 630 mm x 230mm top plate has a weight capacity of 150Kg and machined slots  for easy fixturing. The standard LED profile and surface  illumination provides exceptional bright and clear illumination.

Well-used within aerospace, automotive and other precision industries, the 150kg work stage capacity ensures the inspection of both small and large complex work pieces can be carried out with complete precision and accuracy.

Optimax engineers install and UKAS-calibrate all our measurement systems. These can also be upgraded to run with Optivu Synergy PC-based software.
