High accuracy replicant
Ideal for component and surface feature duplication down to sub micron levels, and works well with Alicona InfiniteFocus instruments.
Typical applications include surface damage and surface finish assessment, quality control of internal surfaces and dimensions, crack detection and metallography. AccuTrans casting silicone is used where conventional NDT methods are impractical.
AccuTrans is a two-part product, supplied in a double tube format which when used, mixes in the tip. We sell a kit with everything you need to get started; also available separately is a dispenser gun, mixing tips and replicant cartridges.
